0.6mm AZM (55% Aluminum-Zinc-Magnesium) Alloy Coated Steel
Every metal raised garden bed we produce uses AZM — a 55% aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy coated steel. This advanced formulation combines the dense oxide barrier of high-aluminum with the self-healing edge protection of magnesium. Here is what that means in practice:

Modular 9-in-1 Design with Safety Edging
Our corrugated steel garden beds assemble without tools via a bolt-and-nut system. One kit configures into multiple shapes — rectangle, square, L-shape, U-shape, or tiered layouts. Every panel edge is finished with a safety rubber strip to protect hands during assembly and gardening.
Eco-Friendly Powder Coating
We operate an in-house electrostatic powder coating line — dust-free, solvent-free, and environmentally compliant. Choose from trending colors like Sage Green, Anthracite Grey, Mocha Brown, White, and Corten Red, or specify any RAL color for your brand.
Factory & Quality Control
Our 8,000 m² facility integrates steel cutting, bending, AZM coating, powder coating, and packaging under one roof. This vertical integration means tighter quality control, faster lead times, and lower costs.
Quality Assurance Process
- Incoming material inspection — spectrometer analysis verifies AZM coating composition (55% Al, Zn, Mg) and steel thickness (0.6mm ± 0.02mm tolerance)
- Salt spray testing — random batch samples undergo neutral salt spray testing in our in-house chamber (ISO 9227), with specific focus on cut-edge performance
- Dimensional check — micrometer verification of panel thickness, hole alignment, and edge finishing
- Assembly test — every new batch is assembled by our QC team to verify fit and finish
- Packaging inspection — retail box, brown box, or pallet-only options are checked for shipping durability
SGS testing reports are available on request. We welcome third-party inspections at any production stage.
